Grace Foundational Scriptural Ministries Intl.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. This policy explains what personal data this website processes, why, and what rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  1. 1. Who is responsible

    Grace Foundational Scriptural Ministries Berlin e.V., Angerburger Allee 56, 14055 Berlin, Germany. Email: info@gfsmtog.org, phone: +49 175 530 2999.
  2. 2. Visiting this website

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (USA). When you open a page, Netlify’s servers automatically process technical data your browser sends, such as your IP address, the date and time, the page requested and your browser type. This is needed to deliver the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These server logs are kept only for a short time. Transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework or the EU standard contractual clauses.
We do not use cookies, tracking or analytics tools. Our fonts are stored on our own server, so your browser does not contact Google Fonts.
  3. 3. Contacting us by email

When you email us, for example at info@gfsmtog.org, prayer@gfsmtog.org or pastor@gfsmtog.org, we use your name, email address and message only to answer you and care for you (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Prayer requests are treated confidentially and shared only with our pastors and prayer team. We delete emails once they are no longer needed.
  4. 4. Videos from YouTube

Our live stream and past services are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). The video player on our Media page loads only after you choose to play a video, and then from YouTube’s privacy-enhanced domain, youtube-nocookie.com. From that moment Google receives your IP address and may store information on your device. The legal basis is your consent, given by starting the video (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Google’s privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.
  5. 5. Giving, maps and other links

Buttons such as “Give with PayPal”, “Get Directions” (Google Maps) and our YouTube channel are plain links. Nothing is sent to these services until you click. Once you are on their websites, their own privacy policies apply. Bank transfers are handled by your own bank.
  6. 6. Newsletter

The newsletter sign-up is not active yet, and no email addresses are collected through it. This policy will be updated before it starts.
  7. 7. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability (Art. 15–21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time. Just email info@gfsmtog.org.
You also have the right to complain to a data protection authority. For us this is the Berliner Beauftragte für Datenschutz und Informationsfreiheit, Alt-Moabit 59–61, 10555 Berlin.
  8. 8. Changes to this policy

We update this policy when the website changes, for example when the church app or the newsletter starts. The current version is always on this page.
